Another book review by my daughter, Laura:
Scones and Sensibility by Lindsay Eland:
When I first started this book, I thought it was really weird. But when I went through it, I realized that it teaches us to live in the present, not a hundred years ago.
In this book there is a girl named Polly Madassa who tries to set her friends up with mates but it unsuccessfully does not go well and it gets to be that everyone is mad at her. In the end there is a wedding.
.....Oh, happy ever after, sigh!
Thank you again, Laura. I'm so glad you're reading lots of good books.
Please leave a comment for Laura. She has worked hard on these reviews!
