WWW Wednesdays
WWW Wednesdays is a meme from Should Be Reading, where we answer three questions: What are you currently reading? What did you recently finish reading? and What do you think you'll read next? If you want to participate, answer the three questions, then put your link on the Should Be Reading Blog in the comment section. Happy reading!
What I am currently reading: Amy Inspired by Bethany Pierce
- This one is quite refreshing because: 1) it is not about life on the prairie, 2) the plot is not predictable, and 3) the characters are quirky and lovable, not "perfect" or stereotypical. It is a review copy from Bethany House.
What I recently finished reading: Thicker Than Blood by C.J. Darlington
- I loved this book! I can see now why it received the 2009 Christian Writer's Guild first novel award. It was also a refreshing read
because of its unique and unpredictable plot. I'm looking forward to Miss Darlington's next one, Bound By Guilt
, to be released March 1, 2011 by Tyndale House.
What I'll probably read next: Room by Emma Donoghue
- Everywhere I go on the internet lately, I run into this book and high praise for its writing and its impact on readers. It was released back in September. I will finally get around to reading my ARC and hopefully write a review soon.
